SharpLaunch provides a flexible permission system that allows Global Admins to control visibility and access across your team. This is particularly helpful when you want team members to only see and manage the properties they are directly involved with.
How Team Member Access Works

Global Admins have full access to all properties and can manage users, settings, and platform-wide configurations.

Team Members/Brokers, by contrast, are restricted to only the properties they are associated with. This ensures confidentiality and simplifies their user experience.
What Can a Team Member Access?
Team members and Brokers only have access to the properties they are explicitly associated with — they cannot view or interact with any other listings in the account.
When assigned to a specific property, a team member can:

View and edit the Property Listing for that property only

See Leads generated for that property

Access Documents uploaded specifically for that listing

Manage and view Email Campaigns related to that property
This ensures that each team member’s visibility is limited strictly to their assigned listings, keeping sensitive data compartmentalized and secure.
Example
If Team Member A is associated with Property 123, they will only see information related to that listing. They will not have visibility into Property 456, even if it is in the same account and managed by Team Member B.
Only Global Admins have visibility into all listings, ensuring a secure and segmented workflow for your organization.
How to Assign Properties to Team Members

Go to Admin Panel > Team Members

Click Invite New Member or edit an existing team member

Select the specific properties you want them to have access to

Click Save to apply the changes
