Does the contact limit in my Email plan include bounced or undeliverable emails, or only count successfully delivered ones?
Yes, the contact (or lead) limit in your Email plan includes all contacts, regardless of their deliverability status. This means the system counts every contact in your list, even if their email address is invalid, bounced, unsubscribed, or otherwise undeliverable.
What happens when you reach your contact limit?
Once your account reaches the allotted contact limit:

To stay within your limit, we recommend regularly cleaning your contact lists by removing outdated, bounced, or inactive email addresses.
