How to Use Property Search Filters

The internal property search feature enables quick, centralized access to up-to-date property information about your active listings and closed transactions.

Here’s how to use property filters:

Follow the steps below:

  • Log into SharpLaunch
  • Navigate to the Properties Section (left menu bar):
  • Just below the total number of properties in your account, you will see dropdown menus with filtering criteria:
    • Property State
    • Property City
    • Broker Name
    • Transaction Type
    • Building Type
    • Status

  • Click the dropdown menu(s) you wish to filter by or start typing a property name in the “search” field. The list will dynamically populate based on your selections.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the filter logic uses “AND” by default.

Example: Property State = “California” AND Broker Name = “John Doe” AND Building Type = “Office”

This will show all of the office properties assigned to John Doe located in California only, even if John is assigned to properties in Arizona.
