Why Isn’t My Property Showing on the Property Search Engine (PSE)?

If your property is marked as “active” but doesn’t appear on your PSE, don’t worry—this is a common issue that can usually be fixed quickly.

Here’s what to check:

  1. Ensure the Property Type Is Selected
Properties must have a type (e.g., Retail, Industrial, Office) to appear in search results. Missing this information can prevent your listing from displaying.

  2. Double-Check the Street Address
Even small errors in the address can stop your property from showing up. Make sure the street name, number, and city are entered correctly. A common error is placing the full address in the “street address” field instead of separating it into the appropriate fields.

  3. Verify Property Title and Domain Consistency
The property title should match the domain exactly. Discrepancies can cause your listing not to appear in searches.

  4. Confirm Location Module Address Matches Property Address
The location module address should match the property address entered in the property information settings. Mismatched addresses can cause the property to be excluded from search results.

Quick Tip: Review all property details before publishing to make sure nothing is missing or mismatched. Small adjustments can make a big difference in visibility.
