The Syndication Dashboard allows you to manage the syndication of your properties to major CRE listings portals to help further expand their visibility.
The current syndication platforms available are:
- RI Marketplace
- Brevitas
- ApartmentBuildings.com
- CommercialEdge
- CommercialCafe
- CommercialSearch
- 42 Floors
- PropertyShark
- Point2Homes
To access the syndication dashboard, follow these steps:
- Locate the “Integrations” menu button on the left sidebar and access it
- Click the Syndication men
- Locate the partner you want to work with and click enable
Syndication does not require you to create an account on partner sites and automatically updates your deal/availability information when you modify it in the SharpLaunch content management system.
