How to Optimize your Images

Property photos are your client’s first critical impression of the property.

Here are a few helpful tips to help you optimize that opportunity to make a great first impression.

1. Descriptive file names: for example “123-main-street-lobby.jpeg”
2. Dimensions and Size: at least 1440 pixels x 900 pixels and below 1 MB are the recommended file sizes for the Hero Image, as this will help to reduce page load time.
3. File Type: JPG and JPEG are the formats that allow for the best compression and will enable the page to load faster. You can use PNG, but these files do tend to be larger.
