Integrations dashboard

The Integrations Dashboard provides a hub to help SharpLaunch clients better manage their integrations with other platforms such as CRE syndication partners and CRMs. From the main Integrations menu, you can enable or disable syndication of your active listings, as well as enable or disable any CRM integrations.

The current syndication platforms available are:

• RI Marketplace
• Brevitas
• QuantumListing
• CommercialEdge (CommercialCafe, CommercialSearch, 42 Floors, PropertyShark, Point2Homes)

The current CRMs applications are:

• Apto
• Hubspot
• Salesforce

To access the Integrations Dashboard, use the following steps:

1. Locate the Integrations menu in the left sidebar and access it.
2. Select Syndication
   • To syndicate all properties >> enable the toggle for the syndication partner you want to work with
   • To syndicate specific properties >> click “All Properties” at the top of the page >> select the property you would like to syndicate from the list of properties >> enable/disable the toggle for that specific property
     
     
3. Select CRM 
   • Enable the toggle for the CRM partner you want to work with
     
     

Note: CRMs can only be enabled for all properties and not for individual properties
