New website creation checklist

Getting started with SharpLaunch and not sure where to begin?

Below are some of the key items you will need to create a new site for your property.

  • Property Information
    • Name and complete address of the property*
    • Overview description of the property
    • Key Facts (bullet points): featured amenities, or investment highlights
    • Summary (two columns): basic information, or building specs.
  • Property Photos
    • Hero section: minimum dimensions 1440px x 900px*
    • Photo Gallery: minimum 6 images – minimum dimensions 500px x 500px
    • Video: property video (hosted on Vimeo or Youtube)
  • Logos 
    • PNG transparent background version of the company logo*
    • PNG transparent background version of any property logo (if available)
  • Primary branding color – provide the hex code, which will be used as the accent color of the website *
  • Key Contact Info
    • Email address, physical address, and telephone number displayed on the website *
    • The email address associated with a contact form to receive new inquiries *
    • Links to social media accounts (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Broker Information – Contact information (name, email, and phone number) and photo of the broker(s). We can also add a short intro for the Team/Company if you already have one.
  • Interactive Location Map – Provide at least 3 amenity categories important for your target audience (restaurants, shopping, schools, banks, gyms, corporate neighbors, etc.)*
  • Video & Virtual Tour
    • Provide a link to your property video (hosted on Vimeo or YouTube)
    • Provide a link to your Matterport (or any other provider) virtual tour of the website
  • Available Space
    • Any information on available space (type, unit number, size, rent, etc.)
    • Downloadable floor plan (PDF)
    • Virtual tour, if available
  • Floor Plans 
    • Floor plan image (PNG, JPG – min. 800x800px)
    • Any availability information for the property (space type, unit number, size, rent, etc.)
  • Documents – Any files or documents you’d like to share with your potential clients. By activating the Document Portal, you will be able to track the detailed user activity of clients and leads (document views, website visits, executed CAs, etc.)
  • Tenant Services
    • List of additional services offered on-site for tenants, if available. (cleaning services, maintenance requests, construction services, etc.)
    • Property management contact info, if available
    • Link to any platform for work order or maintenance request
